These items cannot be returned regardless of whether they have been opened. This is for health and hygiene purposes so please read our product descriptions and choose carefully.
Depending on the brand, certain products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for 1 to up to 10 years, subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. Please remember to register your item upon purchase at the manufacturer’s website in order to make a claim. It’s always best to refer to the warranty statement accompanying your product. Remember to retain a copy of your receipt for verification purses.
